This is Ux product future projection project that includes many workshops , interviews and feature ideation. We wanted to take one step back and look at the advantages and disadvantages of the company in smart/secure home future projection.
Workshops
Large group people selection from product, research and ux conducted a full day workshop. This session focused on how we entice anyone, to try our smart home product. By offering unfiltered ideas for customer journey phases, we were able to contemplate all ideas. Then we voted, grouping affinities and escalating the best ideas for design iteration.
